Blaupunkt Derby Radio (Rosewood)

Compact proportions, clean lines and a carefully balanced material palette define the Blaupunkt Derby radio. Brushed aluminium side panels are paired with a rosewood-effect finish, giving the design a warm yet distinctly modern appearance.

Produced in Germany during the late 1960s, the Derby reflects the functional approach to industrial design for which Blaupunkt became known. The radio can be operated using either the original mains cable or batteries, making it as practical today as when it was first introduced.
